The Estrella family has been raising cattle at Mt. Pleasant Ranch for generations. Every burger we serve starts there — 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef, raised by our own family and brought straight to Miami. No middlemen, no mystery. Just honest beef from people who put their name on it.
